Frida khalo

FRIDA KAHLO:

  Mexican painter Frida Kahlo (July 6, 1907 – July 13, 1954) remains best-known for her vibrant self-portraits, which comprise 55 of her 143 paintings and combine elements from traditional       Mexican art with a surrealist aesthetic. 

 

   This incredible women paint her self because often she fell alone and because the subject she know best.

 

   In this painting, Frida takes an opposite view to her husband, who was expressing his approval of industrial progress in a mural in the Rockefeller Center.

   After more than three years in America, Frida wanted desperately to return to her native Mexico. Diego, however, remained fascinated by the country and his popularity and did not want to leave.

 

  It may be her way of saying "I may be in America but only my dress hangs there…my life is in Mexico."

  She signed this painting on the back in chalk and added the inscription: "I painted this in New York when Diego was painting the mural in Rockefeller Center".

My carnivals

MY CARNIVALS

      February 9 in agurain is held one year more Carnival with the porrero and the sorgina.
As every year the      gangs disguise themselves, everyone who wants to choose a costume for this day,            since the afternoon there bervena for children. In the square Santa Maria is where all the friendly party atmosphere comes together.

     And so you may know as I celebrate them I am going to tell you what I did.
To start the evening and put me on the occasion I dress in my house with a friend whose name was Eider Once already dressed and made-up we were ready to go out, but before the party went to Gurtasun House to prepare. Our costume was clown but Eider was of little Red Riding Hood.

    After being a little in house of Gurtasun finishing prepare ourselves and get us some photos we could finally leave and begin the holiday, the day at the beginning not accompanied, raining but to start overnight stop raining. We were only three but then we got together as a lot of people, and we spent that day, to retake both dance forces we decided to have dinner and then continue taking more pictures, dancing, having well.


It could say day started in the verbena and held in the verbena, but recommend to repeat these Carnival again.

I choose this video because I think that explained what the women`s day. For me this day is important because women also deserve their day because not only men work, women a few years ago did not have the same right as men, now there is more equality but in some cases it follows winning the man ability.  Why women have to demonstrate and have their own day, March 8.

MY CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

On my holidays of  December every years are epspecial because all the family met and came to had dinner and lunch.

Day 25: In christmas day I woke up and saw the presents in the christmas tree is fantastic.
              My sister, Itxaso and I opened the presents and we`ll saw what it inside is a sorprise because I din`t know what will was my olentzero`s presents.

FESTIVITIES IN AGURAIN

First of all is to begin a my writening. My writening is about my villiage festivites.
My villiage festivites was in saturday. Started at 7 pm in the town-council.

       After that I and my friends went with band to Santa Maria square. And then went to         hut`s .
       To finish with saturday went to have lunch with friends in the park. To sum up
        was a fantastic day.

An another special day was in Tuesday, was a market day had a animal too.
